4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
- All prices are agreed individually.
- ARSWEB Ltd. is not VAT registered.
- Payment may be required fully or partially in advance.
- In case of delay, statutory interest is charged according to Bulgarian law.
5. CLIENT RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

- Not use services for unlawful purposes
- Pay agreed amounts within the deadline
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights to developed software, design, and content belong to ARSWEB Ltd. until full payment of the agreed amount.
After full payment, rights may be transferred to the Client according to agreed terms.
The Provider may use completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise explicitly agreed.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ARSWEB Ltd. is not liable for:
The Provider's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
- Data loss caused by third parties
- Service interruptions due to hosting providers
- Improper use of the developed product
8. TERMINATION
Contractual relations may be terminated:
Upon termination, the Client owes payment for work completed up to that point.
- By mutual agreement
- In case of material breach
- In case of non-payment on time
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
Bulgarian law applies to all matters not regulated herein.
All disputes are settled amicably, and if this is not possible - by the competent court in Sofia.
11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
