We are growing our team and looking for a Sales Representative to turn inquiries and leads into long-term clients.
What you'll do
- Reach out to leads by phone and through a cloud calling system
- Present ArsWeb services clearly and professionally
- Identify client needs and recommend the right solution
- Schedule meetings and online demo presentations
- Follow up with clients until the deal is closed
- Keep track of calls and results in our CRM system
What we're looking for
- Native-level Bulgarian
- Good command of English
- Experience in sales, telemarketing or customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ability to listen and ask the right questions
- Organized, self-disciplined and results-driven
- Interest in the digital world, web technologies and e-commerce
Nice to have:
- Experience selling digital services or software
- Experience working with CRM systems
